# No AI traffic showing up

> The Traffic page still shows the install panel after deploying the tracker. Check the token, the runtime and the excluded paths.

  <Accordion title="The token is missing in production">
    Set `NOTRA_GEO_TOKEN` at your hosting provider as well as locally. The tracker never throws, so a missing token fails silently unless you pass `onError` to log problems.

  <Accordion title="The token was rotated">
    Rotating the token invalidates every earlier token right away, so update the variable and redeploy.

  <Accordion title="Pages are served statically">
    The tracker runs in middleware, so it never sees pages that a CDN serves without hitting your app. On Astro, use a server adapter.

  <Accordion title="The path is excluded">
    The tracker skips `/api`, framework asset paths and static files by default. See [Tracker reference](/docs/ai-traffic/tracker-reference).

  <Accordion title="No AI agent has visited yet">
    Notra discards human visits, and crawlers visit on their own schedule, so a new or quiet site can take days. To trigger an assistant fetch, ask ChatGPT or Claude to read one of your pages.
