Notra Sites is in private beta. If Sites is missing from the Studio sidebar, email hello@usenotra.com or ask on Discord and we’ll turn it on for your workspace.
What a site includes
- Git as the source of truth: every push to your production branch goes live, and edits in Notra become a commit or a pull request.
- A preview for every pull request: each one gets its own link and a GitHub check, and search engines never index previews.
- Your own domain: a subdomain like
blog.acme.com, oracme.com/blogserved through a rewrite while you keep your website. - MDX with components: callouts, cards, tabs, steps and your own React components.
- No config to start: without a
blog.jsonthe site builds with the standard layout, and you add one when you want your brand, navigation or analytics. - Search and AI agent support: sitemaps, RSS, structured data,
llms.txtand a Markdown version of every page.
How a deploy works
1
You push
You push to the production branch, merge a pull request or publish from the Notra editor.
2
Notra builds the commit
Notra builds the exact commit in an isolated sandbox without network access, which usually takes seconds.
3
The new version goes live in one step
Notra uploads and checks the finished files and then switches them live together, so a failed build never touches the live site.
4
GitHub shows the result
A Notra Sites check on the commit links to the live site, or lists every error with its file and line.
Where Notra Sites lives in the dashboard
