Agencies can track every client in one workspace. Each client gets its own project with its own brand, prompts, competitors and scan schedule, so data never mixes.

Set up a client

1

Create a project

Click New project in the sidebar and link it to a brand identity for the client.
2

Import prompts and competitors

Use CSV import for prompts and competitors to onboard a client in minutes.
3

Pick a scan schedule

Use daily scans for active campaigns and weekly scans for retainers, since fewer scans use fewer AI answers. See How scans work.
4

Install the tracker on the client site

Select the client’s project, then open Traffic, where the token shown is bound to that project. See AI traffic.

Reporting

  • Lock each client’s prompt set before the first report. Changing prompts changes the numbers, so month-over-month comparisons only work on a fixed set.
  • Report per engine rather than one blended number, because engines answer differently and move independently.
  • Scan weekly or daily and report monthly, because answers vary from run to run and more scans give steadier numbers.
  • The What changed card on the Overview page is the core of a monthly client report.
  • Pull numbers into your own reports with the API or ask an agent through the MCP server.
  • Use API keys with GEO Access so reporting tools cannot touch content.

Workflow

  • Assign shelf space tickets to the account manager for each client.
  • Keep client stakeholders out of a shared agency workspace. Projects separate data in reports but don’t limit what members can see, so any member can open every client’s project. If a client needs dashboard access, give them their own workspace and invite them there, as described in Team management.
Project limits depend on your plan, which you can check in Billing.
